I’m CK, a 30-something Irish wanderer who has spent the past 13 years soaking up the sun and adventures in Australia. What started as a temporary leap to explore the world turned into over a decade of unforgettable memories, personal growth, and incredible experiences.

Now, with a heart full of stories and a passport brimming with stamps, I’ve decided it’s time to take my love for travel and storytelling to the next level—by sharing my journey and adventures with you.

Recently, I found myself in what I can only describe as a mid-life crisis—or perhaps a “mid-life awakening.” It prompted me to take a step back, reevaluate life, and reconnect with what truly matters to me.

What I’ve discovered is this: my heart is happiest when I’m chasing dreams and living by my core values—travel, adventure, and independence. These are the things that light me up and shape the life I want to create moving forward.

I’m lucky to be married to my best friend, a partner who shares my love for exploring the unknown. Together, we’re also proud parents to two energetic huskies who ensure that no adventure is ever dull (or fur-free).
